Not at a loss for words...

duck, fly, Bobo (monkey), Kiki (Quincy), Brother (Miles), Dadda, Mama, Jesus, banana, juice, snack, nose, eye, ear, piggies, hair, belly, peenee (boy part), ball, bath, more, grandpa, tree, puppy, potty, book, NO, yeah, hot, uh oh, outside, please, fall, balloon...and probably more I can't think of.

I finally started counting.  This is our 16 month olds vocabulary!  What in the world?  Miles and Quincy didn't really get going talking until closer to 2 years.  Porter's gotta keep up with the other motor mouths in the family.....the boys that is!

ahhhh look....he's silent in a picture!

California Dreamin'....CA trip 2009

How would you like to live 5 minutes away from this?  My grandparents live in San Clemente, CA.  We started our trip here.  We loved watching the fireworks off the ocean.
Here they are: Grandpa Paul and Grandma Billie.  This picture cracks me up.  Can't you just tell....they are sooooo much fun.  Thanks guys for letting us take over your home.  We loved every minute of it.  and thanks for cleaning out your office Grandpa...I'm sure it took awhile.
We got to do so many things:
Play lots of ball!
We went to a petting zoo.
We got to see Allen's sister, Aunt Tiffany!
Oh yeah....did I mention the BEACH!!!!!!!?
Porter was in heaven...the beach and swings!
We got to see Aunt Gayle and Uncle Jim and swim in their pool!

Then we headed up to Orange County to see my other grandparents.  We had lots of fun visiting friends (sorry we forgot to take pics Damon and Becky) and family.
here's a pic of me and my Grandma Bradford....and it's a picture even she likes.  It's a miracle!
We took the older 2 boys to Disneyland!  They loved it.  Thanks to Grandpa and Grandma Bradford for taking care of Porter for the day.
The 4 favorite rides: Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Monster's Inc., and Peter Pan.
Porter was happy we brought back suckers for everyone!

We had an amazing trip!! Thanks to everyone for letting us come and stay.  We loved it and the boys were so sad when it was time to come home.  But like all trips, it is sure nice to be home!

Miles turns 6!

Happy Birthday Miles!  Miles turned 6 and I can't believe he is getting so big.  Miles wanted to go to Jumpin Jacks again this year...so off we went.  The boys had a blast.
Here is Quincy holding his nose going down the big slide.  We weren't sure if he thought there was water at the bottom or what!  It was so funny to watch!
Miles is big into star wars right now so his cake was star wars and he got a light saber, movies, and shirt of Star Wars.  He also got his own wallet, some cash, some crafts, etc...

We love you buddy boy!  We are so proud of you and how big you are becoming.  Miles is starting to read the Book of Mormon with his dad....to hopefully have it read by the time he is baptized...in 2 years!  He loves to be with friends.  His favorite color is red and his favorite food is still crepes.  His favorite phrase is "I don't care" (this is according to mom).  He's a bit sassy now days and he has to be reminded sometimes to cool it. but don't we all need that reminder sometimes!
We love you Miles!  Can't believe you are going to be in school all day this year.  Sniff sniff. (from mom again)  Miles is jumping for joy!

Hiking the Y 2009

We love hiking the Y.  It's not a long hike, about a mile, but it is really steep!  Mom is out of shape.  Porter did great in the back pack and only freaked out when it was time to put him back in it to make our way back down.

had to get a pic of this.  Quincy wanted to hold someone's hand on the way back down but he kept getting upset because our hands were sweaty!  So we'd stop for a minute, blow on our hands to dry them off, and then start again!
Happy Hiking!!

Our fruits!!

The boys are loving our raspberries!  Miles wants to go out looking everyday!  Quincy loves it too...but they irritate each other because Miles likes to get a bucket and pick and SAVE them and Quincy eats them right off the plant!  Both ways are yummy!

Apples, peaches, and pears, Oh my!!
We are looking forward to this too!!
Ahhhhhh summer!
